Unlock What’s Driving Your Culture - or Blocking It.
A fast, evidence-based assessment for leaders who want real clarity, not platitudes.

The Courage-Compassion Leadership Edge quiz is a revelation for leaders who know results don’t come from pressure alone.
In a few minutes you’ll find out where you stand across Courage, Compassion, Connection, Community, and Culture - the five qualities that dictate whether people merely cope…or genuinely thrive.
This isn’t superficial work. It’s about seeing piercingly:
- Where you’re leading with courage - and where you might be avoiding the hard conversations
- Where compassion is driving performance - and where it’s missing or misapplied
- Where trust, alignment, and energy are building - or quietly draining away
You’ll get practical, no-nonsense insight into what matters most right now - clarity, accountability, trust, burnout, and how your values actually show up day to day.
Start the quiz and get your executive report. Then decide what kind of leader you want to be next.
Meet the Compassioneers

Elaine Teo
Elaine Teo believes courage and compassion are not executive privileges but universal human capacities holding the key to the best performance. An Oxford-trained psychologist, executive coach and meditation teacher, she has spent twenty years designing and delivering transformational work with some of the world's most demanding institutions. Her experience has distilled the same core insight: the inner work is the starting point and the ultimate source of power. Real change happens when courage and compassion become a shared language — when they radiate from the individual journey outward into the relationships, communities and ultimately the culture of an organisation.

Jonathan Bradley
Jonathan Bradley has spent over two decades doing something deceptively simple: creating the conditions where honest conversations actually happen.
An executive coach and organisational development practitioner, Jonathan knows that obstacles to top performance are rarely strategic — they are human. Drawing on a background in broadcast media and more than twenty years of organisational development work across financial services, infrastructure, higher education and beyond, Jonathan helps senior leaders move from knowing what needs to change to having the courage and skill to change it — and building the cultures where that capacity becomes self-sustaining.

Paul Genovese
Paul Genovese brings the disciplined rigour of a Princeton-trained geoscientist whose career spans high-stakes decisions in complex, uncertain environments, with the deep human curiosity about the people involved in them, and how they work best together. Whether working with global energy companies, technology startups or academic institutions, he synthesizes complexity into clarity, champions the cognitive diversity that produces genuinely better decisions, and believes that meaningful change begins with strategy paired with self-awareness. As a Compassioneer, he helps leaders and teams develop the self-awareness, courage and compassion to perform at their best when it matters most.
